• All employees of a certain department can publish messages on the Message Board in an easy manner. This functionality can be adjusted as required.
• Obsolete messages are automatically deleted. This means that frequent problems of displaying obsolete information disappears.

Dynamic information supply within buildings or departments

We have developed Message Boards – so-called dynamic notice boards – in order to supply information to a single user, all users or group users.

On a Message Board messages are displayed to specific users. This information can consist of: news items, reporting a missed call, reporting a visitor at the reception, announcing a presentation, vacancies within a company, information on maintenance activities etc.  All users have the possibility to place these messages. What more: the system itself deletes the obsolete messages. So needs no looking after anymore! This makes your reporting always meaningful and always topical.

Display general or specific information

The information you wish to show is to be separated in general and specific information.
General information is visible on all digital notice boards whereas specific information is only shown on the notice board when the relevant user is around.

• Messages are displayed on all Message Boards in the building or the selected department but only to users that are allowed to see the message.
• Example of messages to be placed are amongst others: news items, reporting a missed call, reporting a visitor at the reception, announcement of a presentation, vacancies within the company, information on maintenance activities etc.
• The messages can be displayed to all users of a building, but also to one specific person or specific group of users (for example to everyone of a certain department).
