Dr. Maria E.M. Lijding - Research & Development

Maria is the founder of Smart Signs Solutions and the Smart Signs concept. Before she established Smart Signs Solution Maria was employed at Twente University, chair in Pervasive Systems. As a postgraduate researcher she focussed particularly on ubiquitous computing and intelligent environments and guided large projects such as Smart Surroundings.

Within Smart Signs Solutions Maria focuses on Research and Development and being the director she has the final responsibility for Smart Signs Solutions.

 

Jaap F. Beernink, MSc - Business Development

After his study Business Administration, Innovative Entrepreneurship & Business Development Jaap, together with his partner Gilles Meijer, has established B&M Business Development (www.bmbd.nl). B&M Business Development supports the development of new high-tech concepts and enterprises by laying down a seed-bed for a successful and long-lasting business. The most important services B&M offers are qualitative market analysis, strategic advice and interim entrepreneurship.

Within Smart Signs Solutions Jaap is responsible for Organization and Marketing.

 

Benno Freriks, MSc - Sales Director

After his study Electronics and Business Administration at Twente University, for the past 13 years Benno has worked in various project- and sales management functions in the area of building restrained systems.

Benno is responsible for the sales of Smart Signs Solutions' products and concepts, as well as for sales, marketing and contacts with Smart Signs Solutions' dealers.
